The Longest Day of the Year

The longest day in the northern hemisphere, which is also known as "Summer Solstice", happens to be TODAY. I don't want to bore you with stuff about the earth's axis, tilts, or degrees. Summer Solstice only means 2 things. 1) More time to spend outdoors, enjoying the lovely weather and 2) It's officially SUMMER! Hurray!

NOTE: Pin-up art by Al Moore.

Great minds think alike! ;) Summer Solstice is the best!

ps. luckily we didn't loose power, but my parents did, they told me they played a guitar by candlelight and sang some songs :).
Today IS a beautiful day!! Hope you enjoy it!
